Westmoreland 1920s Enamel Tulips on Pink Cased Handled 10.5" Sandwich Plate

Beautiful Handled Sandwich Plate - This plate was made in the 1920s by the Westmoreland Glass Comany. It has an octaginal plate with a center handle. The bottom of the plate has a pink casing made from fired on ground glass. The tulip decorations are fired on enamel. It is in excellent condition with no damage.
