Elegant Cut and Cased Handled Tray - made in the USA - This beautiful handled plate was made by a fine decorating company that would purchase glass blanks for the major glass manufacturing companies such as Westmoreland, Fostoria, Central and others,than apply this decoration. It is called Beaded Pearl pattern. The workmanship is very good and the process included stages of applying and firing glass beads to get the green color, applying the gold or amber stain, and then adding the intricate cutting. It is about 11 inches in diameter. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks. or paint damage.
