This large torte plate was made by the Westmoreland Glass Company. It has beautiful frosted finish, also described as an all-over etching. This 13" serving plate has lotus leaves circling a center ring. It was made early in the last century. An impressive piece. The white dot in the photo is my inventory label. It is in excellent condition with no damage.
