Rare Amberina Vase by Dithridge 1873 - 1902 - This lovely little is 7-1/4 inches high. It has a very smooth and silky feel to the satin finish. It is amberina with a base of yellow moving up to red at the top. The pattern is embossed flowers and on the inside as well as the outside of the vase. Old advertising catalog sheets show this as Dithridge No. 315 mold. There are slight traces of gold around the top ribbon so at one time there was probably quite a bit of gilt. There are small bubbles in the glass. It is in very good condition with no damage. A unique item from the Victorian era.
